All orders and communication is currently completed via our WhatsApp Business account.

There are multiple methods of payment that we accept. Primarily we use PayPal, but if that is not your preference, an invoice from the website will be sent and you can pick your method of payment. Invoices sent from the website will include a 7% processing fee.

Bags are shipped within 2-3 days. Shoes are shipped within 3-5 days. Start to finish, processing to delivery estimate 10-15 days.

During peak season timeframes could be longer, but we do our best to fulfill within the stated timeframes.
